Every pressure washing job starts the same way, wherever you're located: an in-person visit to see the space, take real measurements, and talk through the scope. From there we put together a written scope and timeline before any work starts, order materials, and keep one in-house crew on the job from start to finish — no rotating subcontractors, and no surprise change orders once work begins.
Permitting works the same way everywhere we serve: incorporated cities like Panama City, Destin, and Freeport handle permits through their own building department, while unincorporated communities like Southport, Santa Rosa Beach, and Grayton Beach permit through their county's building division instead. Pressure washing itself doesn't require a permit anywhere we work. If a visit also includes exterior sealing or repair, we'll flag anything that does before starting. We also handle Decks, Fencing & Patios and Additions & Gut Jobs.
Bay County, Walton County, Okaloosa County, and Gulf County, Florida — from Panama City and Panama City Beach to the 30A communities and down to Port St. Joe.

Florida's 30A & Emerald Coast
Buying a Florida property to fix up and rent short-term? Home Remodel Co works hand-in-hand with Venture South Real Estate — Kate’s brokerage serving Florida’s 30A and Emerald Coast — so you get a realtor who finds the right property and a contractor who turns it into a rental-ready home, all from one relationship.
We serve Bay County, Walton County, Okaloosa County, and Gulf County, Florida — from Panama City and Panama City Beach to the 30A communities and down to Port St. Joe.
Pressure washing doesn't require a permit in the areas we serve. If we're also doing exterior sealing or repair work as part of the same visit, we'll flag anything that does.
Regularly — a lot of our pressure washing work is for vacation rentals and investment properties along the coast, often in partnership with Venture South Real Estate for owners who are buying and renovating in the same move.
Call (850) 818-2973 or fill out the form on this page — we'll follow up to schedule a free, in-person estimate, often the same day for Bay County.
